Back in the early 1990s I used to play in the Play-By-Mail (PBM) game 'The Keys Of Medokh' (TKoM) whilst it was run by Rampage Games. I was in a total of five games, numbers: 127, 144, 160, 166 and 169.
In its day TKoM was quite something !
Did you play in the game ? If so please leave a comment :)
Here's one of the original adverts :)

Played Medokh late 80's early 90's. I used to cut out the little map sections from my turn report so I could build up the map on my bedroom wall. Used little cardboard tokens from a boardgame stuck to the map.
Spent hours on phonecalls discussing trade agreements with fellow players. I found out some players were given free stuff (gold, resources or knowledge) after a few turns and it seemed to be an incentive to keep them in the game, whereas I paid up front for a number of turns and got nothing. Really annoyed me so I stopped playing.
