The first one did not feel like "Star Wars" to me, the second one did.
I agree, the second one seemed a lot better :)
Apparently the first trailer was a fake one put together by fans and released as though it was the official one, it fooled virtually everyone, the official trailer is the one with the black actor portraying the Stormtrooper at the beginning.
