Very cool (literally and figuratively). Not sure what sort of use they could be put to. Especially as they are a bit on the expensive side... 65,000 sq ft at £1.38 psf pa equals an annual rent of £89,700. For a damp tunnel, with insufficient lighting and only stair access, 120 feet underground!!

Indeed ! With access that difficult even if you want to store stuff there its going to be problem getting it down and then back up LOL !
